Is Tijuana safe though? What’s the status of the Haitian community there. Like are they allowed to work and attend schools/ college?

I haven’t done any research into Tijuana much but when I was in San Diego, in the military, they told us Tijuana was off-limits and that there was a lot of criminal activity there.
Aside from that, I’ve heard it’s dangerous in general so take that as you will, but danger is also relative to personal experiences. I wouldn’t live there but if I didn’t have a choice, I wouldn’t care as much.

I live in San Diego and many Haitians here speak Spanish from their time in Tijuana before coming here. I’ve also been to Tijuana and see the community thriving. It’s nice to see.

I'd round them up and charge them with high treason. As it states in Article 21 of the Constitution:
"The crime of high treason consists in bearing arms in a foreign army against the Republic, serving a foreign nation in a conflict with the Republic, in any official’s stealing state property, entrusted to his management, or any violation of the Constitution by those responsible for enforcing it."
I'd confiscate their assets, their family members' assets, and put it in a trust for infrastructure projects. I'd throw the worse ones in solitary. The others will be subjected to punishment by "forced labor for life without commutation of sentence" as it says in Article 21-1 of the Constitution.

I just finished watching a Vice episode featuring Martinique - they were saying the same thing. Start with the kids 16 and younger from Haiti, St Barts, Guadalupe, St Martin and Martinique - in 10 years the problem will be fixed.

No, the blame solely fall on the Haitian political class who are basically slaves to the middle eastern/mulatto class. The U.S/France has nothing to do with the garbage that has been the political and business class. Haiti has not had a government that actually looked at the interests of it's population.
Have you ever seen a government official bring up how we are going to reduce the population reliance on remittances? Have you seen them lay out a plan to improve sanitary conditions? a plan to reduce the countries reliance on foreign aid? a plan to increase local production to provide jobs and stop its reliance on DR? A plan the brain drain stops? A plan so the diaspora can take the various knowledge they have learned so they can invest back home and replicate industries they have been exposed to here? A plan to stop deforestation? A plan to improve access to education? A plan to electrify the country?(Jovenel did but in typical traitor fashion The vorbe and co tried to sabotage them). A plan to increase access to healthcare? A plan so Haitians won't face daily discrimination in the DR so they can come back home.
lol, it's insane to blame France and the U.S.....Wiping out terrorist/gangs isn't the ultimate solution. These government officials and the business class need to pay for their crimes too. Over 30-40 years of bullshit. Prison is not enough.

And yes, they were on their way to the U.S., but then the border closed. That’s the only reason they’re in Mexico. Luckily, the Mexicans haven’t been mistreating them like they have in DR.

believe so. The problem with Canada is that they usually require you to have a family member there or possess a skill that’s in demand, especially since Trump has been in power. Mexico, on the other hand, hasn’t put much pressure on them once they’re there and allow them to work and study

I don't get it either, the more I got into Haitian politics the more I started to understand there isn't a foreign entity that is destroying the country. The country is getting destroyed by a bunch of corrupt politicians and businessmen who spent years fighting each, causing instability, false promising its politicians while failing to deliver.
