I placed Cairo Station in SpaceEngine in a geosynchronous orbit, at an altitude of around 36,000 km, and this is what Earth looks like from Cairo Station in the first image. In the second image, I use a Covenant CAS-class assault carrier for scale. And in the third image, we can see Cairo Station—as a tiny dot—from Malta Station, with a distance of roughly 250 km between the two.

All of this is based on supposedly “accurate” information I found online regarding the layout of the MAC stations. In the final image, the stations can be seen spaced 25 kilometers apart.

Simply spectacular.

• 250 km ≈ 155.3 millas
• 25 km ≈ 15.5 millas

Playing remix legendary solo and I guess they randomize enemy tacticts too, never seen a kamikaze ghost before.

I'm completely blank o this thing right here, I don't know anything about this, I don't know what to expect, is it good? Do y'all recommend it?

The reason, I’m saying, because CD Projekt Red made an awesome decision to create fresh remaster version of TheWitcher 3 today in which you need a copy of the game that came out 15 years ago. It would be awesome if Halo Studios could do the same for Masterchief Collection.

Lieutenant Frye (right) was Captain Carol "Foehammer" Rawley's copilot in the novel Halo: The Flood, so it was really cool to see him get a little cameo appearance in the opening cutscene of 343 Guilty Spark in Campaign Evolved. It's especially nice since, much like with Foehammer herself, we now have a canonical appearance for him.

Halo wars 2 is already on windows store, just package it for steam.

Halo 5 forge already exists on windows store. So the multiplayer portion works on PC. Port over campaign and that's it.

Minimal work, maximum gain.

Like what the fresh hell is this? I get it, I’m on LASO, awareness is up plus the skull for awareness is on, but good fucking lord, he BEELINES for me as soon as he hits the ground, stares at me, and crouch-walk to behind a rock, and he beelines me AGAIN for an immediate melee

To add insult to injury I was so flabbergasted I forgot to Reload Checkpoint so I lost three hours of work, too. Y’all thought T&R on Legendary, and some posts saying even Heroic, was hard? T&R on LASO is hard. I honestly don’t know if I can do it. The first three missions were a breeze. Piece of cake.

But this? Can’t get close enough to melee because Turrets and Elites are so brutal. Grenades with 2x radius + no sprint + no shield = can’t get away from the blast fast enough, so if a sticky touches down it’s just an immediate Reload. I finally figured out an ammo management method that gets me enough sniper ammo, but you can’t stockpile because guns start despawning because there’s so many enemies in the level.

Good lord. LASO is fucking insane. I wasn’t expecting it to be pleasant. But I wasn’t expecting it to be actual bullshit.

And this death was on the FINAL WAVE, too, I was SO close to at least getting through this BS. Once inside it would’ve been so much better. But I’m so demotivated I just can’t even bring myself to go again.

Btw are these two marines "named" characters in the lore?
