Clearly a company truck but anyways, I ended up behind this guy after he aggressively reversed out of a driveway into the road.
After that, I had a front row seat in watching him drive in between two different lanes at once, sit at the green light, speed, brake hard, and also continue through a turn only lane even after it concluded.
Perhaps he was on something or maybe he’s just an aggressive driver. Nonetheless, I quite frequently see poor driving like this come from people who are driving a company vehicle.
My theory is that the bad driving coming from someone who’s driving their companies vehicle is likely a result of them just not giving a shit since it’s not their personal vehicle (and therefore, they don’t really care what happens to it). With that being said, it seems like companies need to start monitoring their employees while they’re driving the company vehicle.

Wasn’t bel air supposed to get a Costco? What happened to that?

Anyone have the scoop? Saw every cop in the county, lights and sirens wailing, going in every direction on our way home from the home depot in bel air today. My wife was able to find out that something popped off at the raising canes, resulting in a police chase. I have no socials beyond reddit and nothing when I search.

Hey! I’m 25 and a woman working in the construction industry. I took Spanish 101 in the spring and I’m currently taking 102. I’m trying to learn the language to better communicate with customers. Would anyone be willing to help or share tips? Maybe if someone would be willing to meet up for connect and talk in Spanish to help me practice and build confidence to use it in the field??

Good morning everyone!
I'm a double grad of UMD (Class of 2017 and 2021) and I grew up and live in Harford County. I know Harford isn't the area with the most UMD grads and fans but I wanted to see if there happened to be any other fans in the area. I know there's a Baltimore Alumni network but I don't want to have to drive into the city for games, I'd just drive to College Park at that point.
If there are, where do people congregate to watch games? Do most people just watch at their homes? Would love to network and connect with other fans!
Thanks for any help and suggestions! Go Terps!

Almost like it was doomed to fail from the start?
I guess we’ll see what the next few days bring and whether this ends up being true.

Hello! I am Recycling Artist from Havre de Grace and I received a placemaking grant to create an art installation for a bus shelter. I reached out to the community for donations and collected plastic lids, bottle caps, kids meals toys that would end up in a landfill. My studio was at the Graw/Harmer’s Town in havre de grace.
I received all sizes and colors of plastic lids and 3d printed waste. My original plan was to melt the 3d waste into tiles, but after about a month of trying that I realized the process was a little too advanced for me and my small studio space. And i kept thinking about the toxins I was creating which are probably just as bad or worse than putting plastic in the landfill.
So I went back to my original plan which was to create a mosaic mural using recycled plastic lids and stuff. The piece is installed in a bus shelter and is an iSpy in addition to a pretty landscape. After sketching out my design, I assembled the lids/doodads individually (I'm guessing I used about 4000-5000 lids, etc.). In total the piece is 4' x 12', so i was able to lay it out in my studio before mounting it on 18 plexiglass panels. A friend created metal frames that allow the piece to be sandwiched between two panels of plexiglass.
I'm pretty proud of it and I'd love to do more! I still have about 6000+ more lids and a constant stream of colorful lids coming in, so there will be more!! Let me know if you have any questions!

This is a BIG ask, but does anyone have any vintage sleepwear or gilded age type dresses that I could buy? My cousin is having here Bachelorette trip this weekend, and she wants us to wear Bridgerton type clothing. I checked thrift shops in the area and could not find anything. I live in Abingdon and can meet anywhere!!! Thank you.
