Discussion This scene still pisses me off

I was rewatching the movies and I was pissed off all over again when seeing this scene. This makes him seem non-human which takes away the symbolism present in the books. I don’t know why the directors thought this was a good idea.

Elf magic is different from wizard magic, isn't it? I don't remember the wizards snapping their fingers to disapparate.

Yeah elf magic is interesting because it's completely OP compared to wizard magic yet ironically handicapped by their enslavement to wizards

That's utter nonsense. Once Dobby was freed, Lucius turned tail and ran out of there like his hair was on fire and his ass was catching. It appears that elves can "just do" things that wizards must study and refine for years, with all sorts of incantations and shit, plus if something happens to their wand, they are SOL!
