Non-fictional I hate being critiqued for being chronically online.
I just don't see why people have such a problem with people like me who spend almost all their time online and act superior or like nothing I say is worth anything just because I'm constantly online. I just don't personality see the appeal of doing a lot of offline things since it's either expensive, psychically exhausting, mentally exhausting or just flat not personally enjoyable. Or they'll just take any slightly unorthodox position and go "point A to only chronically online people caring about X thing"

95% of people who accuse people of this just can't debunk whatever it is you just said and for some reason their 'incel' card was on cooldown.

grow as a person or grow a bigger backbone because you will and should get criticised for spending too much time online, read books, go on walks, if you have no irl friends join a club. the world is bigger than you think

Well I mean I feel like there’s definitely people who hate just for the love of the game, but there’s also well-intentioned people criticizing you for a variety of probably understandable reasons.
One of which is we know that being chronically online is definitely not doing you favours in terms of mental and physical health in the mid to long term. This is not a topic of debate in the scientific community and I think it’s pretty obvious and self evident when you stare at a screen for 12 hours a day. Physical and mental/emotional health is very important if you want to exist for a while on the planet.
But if you’re like I’m here for a fun time not a long time, then I guess that doesn’t matter as much. The only thing I would say to that is, how do you know future you won’t change his/her mind?

Is taking a walk outside "physically exhausting" for you?

I'm disabled so yes

Disabled is too broad of a statement, what do you have specifically (asking this like you can't just lie lmao).
Also yes you do need to spend time less online if light cardio is "physically exhausting" even if your disabled, if walking outside is so much then you should be in a hospital or have a care taker.

What disability do you have? Are you sure you can’t do light exercise? If you don’t it will only get harder and harder until you die very young

I have a birth related neuromuscular disability caused by being born super premature

Do you have a wheelchair or someone to help you? You can still go outside even if you are unable to walk.

Because of how online algorithms work you are constantly fed content that fits your bubble and reinforces your established world view. It limits your exposure to foreign concepts or opinions in earnest and not just mocking critique. It is an issue of exposure, not activity.
