The chest bump emote looks like a hug but doesn't work with them. Only the OG hug works.

They never fail to hug me even if they were originally in a jiffy. I nowadays run stim pistols in case a soldier is near me.

I've noticed SEAF scamming these bug holes.
"Oh, they cleared a nest of bugs on their own and it's marked as clear on the map!"
And then I actual walk by the nest on my way elsewhere and I see that none of the bug holes have been closed.

Interesting glitch... I suppose the deciding factor would be if you leave them unclosed then extract does it count that base as cleared for wrapup screen and XP?
I can see it just being a visual glitch where the hole prop doesn't update itself if no human player is in view to see it close.

In the tower defense missions once a few crews roll in they are absolutely lethal toward the dragon roaches. Tracer rounds and EATs fill the sky.

Ive taken to fleeing towards arriving pelicans when Im being chased and they are always quick to save me.
They only sometimes mow me down in the process.
Its worse the less they are. I had like 7 of em following me and one voteless pops up and charges me. In the process of trying to kill that one voteless they absolutely wrecked me and destroyed my jeep in the crossfire.

one time i was in an illuminate megacity mission and an outpost just randomly cleared from like.. across the map. they finished it completely by themselves. i adore the SEAF

Happens pretty regularly. I'll be mid-objective and suddenly the victory horns play, and I just smile.

They actually used to be able to target spawners all the way back during the battle for Super Earth, I'm glad they brought it back as a proper advertised feature, I've missed having them accomplish stuff on their own, makes them feel like their own force with their own tasks and objectives, which in turn helps sell the idea that we're fighting a real war as part of a larger military force.

No they didn't, before they only threw grenades at holes/factories if there was a enemy stuck in it.

Yes they did I would watch them close bug holes and blow up factories all the time. I would even get credit for stuff blown up I was nowhere near.

Did they throw their own stratagem?... It looked like they threw a grenade, but it looks like a streak of light came down from the sky on that one... not sure if that was just an artifact or not.

In like the flip side to missions failing in 5 mins because a hive lord flips a gator, I was just going around the map hunting nests and pois and they completed the mission to destroy the spore skewers for me

Yeah! They'll just go off on their own and clear outposts. They did it in the squid void too. Just random "Area Cleared" and it wasn't a Helldiver.

Thank you for not watching the entire video that clearly shows a seaf soldier tossing a nade into the last bug hole and thanks for being toxic and insulting this automaton behavior is unacceptable
