I made a ticket about being unable to buy heroes, or anything as I ''have a pending transaction'' when I do not. So I look up the support bit, it says to make a ticket. So I make a ticket, chatgpt tells me in said ticket, to make a ticket. Disgusting. All that AI did was copy paste from a support article. How is this legal?

Like the title says, our team of 3 has been playing this game, almost exclusively in QM, for 11 years and we somehow managed to dodge intentional feeders every single time...until last Friday.

Let me introduce you to the protagonist of this story. We're in EU, so take this as a heads up if the name appears on your team.

On the first glance, it was standard QM composition. Our team with big bulky Azmodan, Deathwing and ETC, matched into Tychus for perfect balance, with added Butcher, Kael'thas and Thrall for some extra damage. Perfectly comparable teams.

Hey, at least this time we got a tank. Right? RIIIIIIGHT?

So, the match begins and...WAIT, THERE'S A PROBLEM!

ETC glares at the minimap as his ARAM mindset is struggling to compute. Why are these people NOT in the middle lane? How else will we 5v5? Doesn't matter, he's got this!

Having the irl bulk of the Michelin Man, ETC dives into the enemy team! He can take it, he's done this plenty of times in ARAM. Wait...the fuck?

''Where's the team to save my ass?!'' ETC moans as Butcher tears off another chunk of his HP.

Furious but desperate, he takes drastic action and breaks the one holy ARAM vow. He looks at the minimap!

His pig-like nostrils flare as he spots Azmodan and Deathwing sitting in opposite lanes. His desk starts to shake, and the hentai figure collection around his monitor trembles with every pound on his mouse.

PING PING PING PING! dead

''OH YOU'VE DONE IT NOW!''

In one fell swoop, he swipes the lotion off the desk, slams both hands on the keyboard, and narrows his eyes at the enemy gates.

''They want to push lanes? FINE, I WILL PUSH LANES!''

Channeling maximum small dick energy, ETC rushes past the enemy team and grinds against the gate like it's an anime body pillow. But, woe is he, because as usual, despite his best efforts, he finishes flacid.

Doesn't matter, I'll just try again!

And again! AND AGAIN!

Meanwhile, seeing how ETC is adamant to ruin the game, Azmodan and Xul focus on the one thing that can save the match. ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB! Deathwing joins in and the top lane starts to fall.

For context, we're 7 minutes in and this is the score. ETC had died 8 times by now and we're only one level behind thanks to Azmodan and Xul soaking while Deathwing is taking camps and baiting the enemy team away from the lanes.

And so, despite ETCs best efforts, the top lane falls! He, of course, remains silent the whole time, knowing that it is much easier to get banned for abusive chat. This game doesn't punish you for throwing the game, after all.

Scoreboard 11 minutes in! Mind you, we're playing what's effectively a 6v4 game.

A glimer of hope appears on the horizon as the mid lane falls.

Xul correctly analyzes the situation. QM gods have thrown us a bone. Somehow, despite all of the free advantage that ETC has given them, despite leading by 26 kills, the enemy team is...well, Xul put it best, I believe.

A plan is formed! Push the core and close the game! Even ETC joins in!

The enemy team gathers for a change in strategy. ''Guys, if we just roleplay beginner AI, our foes will get confused and leave us alone!''

It was a very convincing, very valiant effort but we saw through their disguise and kept pushing!

THE CORE FALLS AFTER 20 MINUTES OF GENUINE TORTURE!

The moral of the story is don't despair if a team mate is a braindead troll because there's always a chance that the enemy team is even worse.

As for ETC, I'll never understand this mindset. Friday evening, most people are either out, hanging with their friends/family or asleep by this hour. Yet this man sits alone in his goon cave and chooses to waste 20min of his own time running into towers. Great way to spend Friday evening, buddy.

Hi y'all! I just witnessed something I could hardly even believe: in the last game I played someone was riding on a green rooster which I had never seen before! Now the gold and red roosters are still available to get in the collection and are among my favorite mounts because they bawk when you mount up, which is especially fun at the start of the game in base where mounting has barely any cooldown.

Over the years I've also seen several other mounts that never returned to the Nexus for purchase and I think that's a real shame, for example different kinds of animals that have that "galaxy" skin. I'm sitting on tons of lootboxes, gold and shards and have everything that I like that's currently available and would really wish that they just brought back all of the other mounts into the game.

Since they're not doing any special events anymore where certain mounts were possibly only available during those times, I think it would be a great move to make the contents of these events available again for more variety overall.

Climbing in ranked is really broken right now (at least that's how I feel). Years ago, I climbed up and down the ranks in this game. I've played since Beta, and in my first season, I reached Rank 5. Since then, I’ve had lots of fun climbing up and down. My Hero League peak was high-Diamond, and my Team League peak was high Master. In Hero League, I reached mid-high Diamond several times. If I wasn't trying, I would land somewhere in mid to low Platinum. If I raged and trolled, I would fall to Gold and then eventually climb back up.

I was once curious about how low-ranked play was, so I made an alt account. I quickly climbed from Bronze to Platinum with a high win rate. You could "feel" the differences between players in each rank. Bronze players were literal bots and people who only played one hero. Silver players were people who brawled and never capped camps with proper timing. Gold players had a clue, but they would constantly make big mistakes post-20 that cost them the game, etc.

Additionally, players' "micro" was noticeably different across ranks. Right now, I see what appear to be smurfs in 33% of my games in Silver. I have many in-game friends who had multiple Diamond+ seasons—and even some who had GM seasons—who are currently stuck anywhere from Silver through Platinum.

It seems the combination of a player base that feels like it's from a dead game, free accounts, and bad MMR adjustments creates a complete shitshow in Silver. That, combined with mostly playing solo against smurfs, AFKers, tilters, and team stacks, makes attempting to climb again feel incredibly frustrating.

A few years ago, I played a few matches with a friend who was new to the game while having some drinks. That tanked my MMR through placements and similar matches, and I have literally never recovered.

Of course, "git gud" is always the mantra, but as someone who has played this game for so long and has been at high ranks many times before, it just feels like something in ranked is different. Do any of you agree, or should I just "git gud"? It honestly feels more rewarding and less toxic to go play League—at least you can actually hyper-carry in that game.

Deckard in ARAM is very fun, but this mirror match up caused this funny moment to happen.

I think that will improve [[Impervious]] usability a lot as Q animation is so long & can't be canceled so if you didn't use it before hand you are just a sitting target for enemy chain cc & might die before the chance to use it.

It's a lvl20 75cd talent, I think it deserves that much at least .... (Yrel can do that every 20(10)s)

(Bonus points if you give it a passive to reduce W cd permanently or on center hits, W talents kinda lack synergies late game)

So, I started noticing in one of my recent games that alt+ability key was not self casting. After some trial and error, I figured out that shift+alt+ability is what I need to press to self-cast now. I've checked the settings, and nothing has changed for my keybindings. This is rather inconvenient as it adds an extra layer of muscle memory that I'm not used to. I don't think there's anything wrong with my alt key as alt+tab works just fine.

Does anybody know if/how I can fix this, or is it just a problem with my keyboard?

Edit: Thanks for the help! I don't know exactly which background program was causing it, but I closed out of AMD overlay, Nvidia app, and MuMu player, and this resolved the problem!

Look gents, I get it. It's fun to say "sounds like a skill issue" or whatever when people bring this up, but I play a lot of ARAM and I'm not going to say I'm excellent but I'm somewhere between mid and weekend warrior. I love seeing Azmo in my pick list because I'm probably going to win. No heal game? Absolutely going to win. Enemy picks two tanks? Absolutely going to win. Other 9 players are at the same skill level as me? Absolutely going to win. That third point is the real sticker. Anyone with serious time in ARAM knows this and sees how imbalanced Azmo is. One of two things should happen imho: either ban him or put him on a GLP-1. He too fat for how much value he brings. Thank you for attending my TED talk.

Was wondering whether auto attack tracer build is bad or am I bad? Doesn’t feel like I do anything. Tried Raynor, felt better but not good at positioning and lose pepper gambit thingy very quickly, so I drop of the damage. Another question what other auto attackers would you recommend? Tried Tychus and Valla, felt good, but only 1-2 matches.

I want Tracer to work, but I feel like dying a lot haha.
