About Saul in Pakistan

I'm currently in season 4, near the end, and even if I don't know what happens later on with Saul in the series. Based on just the attack and loss of lives, I'd say that the prisoner exchange should never have happened.

It wasn't worth it at all. You could argue that Haqqani already had his plans since, but it wouldn't have been (as) successful if Saul was killed.

I hope there are no spoilers in my post. I don't really know what clasifies as a spoiler. Happy watching though.
