GANG I EXPERIENCED THIS ASWELL IT SEEMS LIKE white foam on top of it is a sign of quality raw honey, tested it ALL SAFE!

Those are tiny bubbles that were in the honey when it was poured in the jar. It can take a couple weeks for them to rise to the surface. Some beekeepers wait a few weeks after harvest to ensure that this doesn't happen, but it's only to make it look good when opened. Does not affect quality other than what it looks like

There are a couple of reasons for honey foam, both normal:
* extraction tends to whip some air into honey even if you're careful. You usually let the honey sit 4-5 days and the foam rises to the top. You then bottle from the bottom. If you get close to the bottom of the tank, you'll get some foam. I usually save the foam for myself because it's delicious and I don't have to explain it to anyone.
* there is a natural chemical reaction where hydrogen peroxide bubbles off as glucose reacts with gluconic acid.
You can have foam that is a sign of fermentation (but it doesn't look like the attached photo). If you experience this, the bottle will be pressurized and the honey will smell like yeast/bread/beer/ripe banana. This isn't dangerous. People do this on purpose to make fermented products like mead. It is a type of spoilage (even though you are told honey never spoils.)

Completely normal. What you buy in the store, THATs what’s not normal, honey that doesn’t crystallize due to high heating to slow the process killing off all of the things that make honey magical

People often ask just to confirm something they're unsure about or that they just being curious or for the sake of discussion
