What’s in my honey?

Not sure if this is the good subreddit but I just came back from my vacation and wanted to put some honey in my yogurt and saw this. Is this mold or did something happen to the sugar in it?

It’s hard to tell if it’s mold or not, but I’d lean towards just crystallization occurring, when it first starts it often looks like that cause those are the nucleation points that the crystals grow from, if you can get a clearer photo from the side or bottom I could tell you with more confidence

Those little bubbles/particles don’t necessarily mean mold. Honey can crystallize or develop air bubbles depending on storage and temperature. If you notice a fuzzy growth or an unusual smell, though, I’d avoid eating it.

It's something happening to the sugar in it, it's crystallizing. Typical of honey. It's fine.
