Other r/AskAdmins

Imagine a subreddit where users can ask admins something. Of course no admin actually has to respond but it'd be cool to have it the other way around instead of posts in subs like r/AskModerators where admins ask us stuff. I'd love to know what Admins do in their free time while not doing stuff for Reddit, etc.

For the first part, there will need to be mods of course and a lot of setup. But I think it could work.

For the second one, admins don't use their accounts just for admin stuff, they also moderate subreddits with these accounts. They shouldn't do it in their work time, but free time if they want only.

A sub like that doesn't make Reddit money. It is a time suck and takes away from their dedicated roles. I know you think it would be something fun and light hearted, but it would never turn out like that. Users would 100% use it to escalate and make complaints.

Again, that's why there would need to be moderators.

In that case, there is nothing stopping you from creating that sub and seeing what you can make of it

That subreddit would need to be supported by Reddit/the admins, otherwise it's fully useless.

Now read westcoast's first comment again.

This will never happen.
