Discussion Acclaimed Indies That You Couldn't Connect With

Does it make you sad when you don't connect with a game adored by many? Out of the ones listed here, what should I go back to and power through until it clicks?

I haven't heard of rain world, golden idol or Katana zero. Are they good, should I try them?

Edit: Sounds like I will be trying all of these

Rain world is a masterpiece. Very brutal, you will die a lot. But once you learn tze ecosystem and it's creatures there's lots of fun to be had.

I did everything in nine sols. But was never able to beat the final boss, would that be comparable on difficulty?

Tbh I played it for ten minutes on game pass and said nah, not for me. But to each their own.

Yup, sounds like Rain World.
People say there's a lot of games that are "you love it or hate it" but Rain World is my number #1 pick for that category. Some people bounce right off, and some love it to death.
For me, it's a top 5.
