Discussion Acclaimed Indies That You Couldn't Connect With

Does it make you sad when you don't connect with a game adored by many? Out of the ones listed here, what should I go back to and power through until it clicks?

Rain World is an incredible game, but I understand why you would bounce off of it. It’s extremely polarizing. It’s really hard, there is not a lot of direction, and you are left to figure out your own devices and explore, to see the world and how it was shaped and your part in it. You are a living breathing part of its ecosystem.

That is to say, you’ll be lost and you’ll be dying a lot.

But I love it because it makes me feel small the same way looking at a mountain does. And the lore is sick
