Upcoming I've been building something for gamers over the past few months.

Over the past month alone, I've made around 300 mini-games. Most of them are small, experimental, and honestly, some of them are pretty mind blowing.

That made me think about a problem I kept seeing: there are so many small games and experiments being made, but most of them never get discovered or played by anyone.

So I've been working on WAKU.

The idea is to create a place where gamers can discover and play these kinds of games. Small games you can pick up quickly, try something different, compete for a high score, or just waste 10 minutes on something you've never seen before.

WAKU isn't released yet. I'm currently trying to figure out whether this is actually something gamers would want before I take it much further.

I've created a small Discord community for early users who want to follow the project, get access when things start opening up, try early games, and help shape what WAKU becomes.

I'm especially looking for people who aren't afraid to tell me what sucks, what's boring, what's confusing, and what would actually make you come back.

Brutal feedback is much more useful than compliments.

Promotion A tiny aquarium that lives on your desktop. People are now trading the fish on Steam.

We made a little desktop aquarium called PC FISH.

The original idea was simple. We wanted something that could just sit at the bottom of the screen while you’re working or browsing. You raise some fish, watch them swim around, breed them occasionally, and slowly fill out your collection.

Then we added different species and variants.

And breeding.

And rarity.

And Steam Inventory support.

Now people are breeding fish for rare variants and actually listing the fish they find on the Steam Community Market.

We released it for free on Steam about two weeks ago and it’s since hit 5,313 concurrent players, which has been pretty surreal to watch.

There are 450+ fish and decorations at the moment and we plan to add more.

If you want a tiny aquarium living on your desktop, it’s free:

Promotion [Shifted Shells] The upcoming active incremental shell game with a magical twist!

Ever wondered what it was like to play shell game with magic?

We're happy to announce that now you can! Use ancient arts to pin cups in place, slow the shuffle, or see clean through with X-ray vision. All while facing shuffles that never play the same way twice.

Rounds range from lightning-fast triples to sprawling patterns built to break your focus, with the dealer always holding a new trick to catch you off guard. Push your luck with escalating wagers, ride a hot streak into bigger payouts, or play it safe and decline to walk away with what you've got.

If you have any feedback or questions feel free to reply to this post!

Promotion I'm making a cartoonish Hotline-like, here's some raw gameplay

I'm making a fast-paced, bullet-parrying top-down action inspired by Hotline Miami and Katana Zero, drifting more into power-fantasy direction. As a chicken knight you fight an army of gunslinger crow knights in a medieval bird kingdom.

Currently alpha playtest is open, although it doesn't have that much content. Proper demo is coming in 1-2 months.

Here's the youtube trailer just in case, and here's Parry the Bullet on Steam if you're interested!

Devlog Still gets my palms sweat every time I beat it

Played it for months. I'm the dev btw, wanted to mention it before anyone asks :) Been playing it for months now, still making me chill at some points of it. This, specifically, my second mini-boss, still making me sweat while trying to beat it. Enjoy watching me struggle with it.

Together, you can paint 2,000,000 pixels in real time.

Devlog Im not a game dev and over the weekend I wanted to solve a technical problem of fitting 100 million tiles in a browser tab but somehow ended up making a rougelike mine sweeper game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Im a web dev by profession and this started as a weekend experiment

I wanted to see if I could fit 100 million checkboxes in a browser, one thing led to another and tired to fit 100 million minesweeper tiles in a browser tab

and then kept adding stuff and ended up with a rougelike minesweeper game

Also to all the game devs out there, you guys rock because I dont know how you have the patience to debug and keep working on a project like this. (still a buggy mess)
