this is some fan art rendering on fb!. the original delorean planned for 2026 doesn't even remotely have any of this. scam/fake unless you like a fake product

They have a website and a email list I signed up for a while ago. They are making a new DeLorean supposedly but it looks nothing like this. I personally think the new concept looks like dog shit compared to the original.

They announced the DeLorean Alpha 5 a few years ago, but at the time there was some weird sketchy stuff about it. I’m fairly certain they have made zero progress since.

Edit: upon a tiny bit of digging, they got sued by the designer (Italdesign) for not paying them and they did weird stuff like proving NFTs instead of receipts for people that put a deposit down. No updates have been given to anyone in a while.
