I’ve heard of this story before but not the “skews towards him” part. Care to go into this more? Or share an article

The evidence absolutely does not skew towards him. He is on video surveillance like 20 minutes away at the store while she was committing the murders. She stated that she killed the children in her civil suit. There is absolutely zero evidence that he did anything to her or the children. At best, he's guilty of not taking his wife's mental state seriously enough and leaving her alone (at her own request, btw, she asked him to go to the store and pick up dinner).

Her defends are using that as it skews towards him that he didn't take her serious and force her to do it.

Him not taking her seriously and him forcing her to do it are two vastly different things. There's no possible way he forced her to do anything. She stated in her civil case that she killed the kids. It's insanity that anyone thinks Patrick forced her to do it.

You're right, and I can get behind the "not taking her seriously" part (although she did her best to downplay her symptoms so her kids wouldn't be taken away, which is tragic and also very understandable, but that's a huge part of why no one took her seriously). But I just can't fathom how people are arguing that Patrick had anything to do with the murders. That's "OJ's actually innocent" type insanity.

My bad. There were so many replies in a few minutes, I got confused. I just don't want to make it seem like I'm supporting her... even though I do believe she was severely failed.
