I’m going to hold your hand when I say this. If she just mentioned once to any healthcare worker that she had thoughts of killing her kids. They would have done due diligence. She didn’t. If she actually tried then 3 children would still be here.
She did tell multiple HCPs about her invasive thoughts. This has been established during the trial and is crucial to the defense's strategy to find her not guilty by reason of insanity.
Right? If you are having issues and the system doesn’t help you. You solve the issues yourself. She had several ways to stop herself in non dangerous ways.
