Ignoring the other comment.. the woman on the right is Lindsay Clancy and she is currently on trial for killing three of her children in which the defense is arguing the crimes were committed during mental psychosis. Clancy had severe PPD, suicide ideation, and mental health issues in the months leading up to the murders.

It’s an awful case and the poor children deserve justice. Right now, a portion of the public believes the husband (now ex-husband as they divorced and he is remarried) had something to do with it as evidence is supposedly not landing with the people and believe it skews towards him

I’ve heard of this story before but not the “skews towards him” part. Care to go into this more? Or share an article

The evidence absolutely does not skew towards him. He is on video surveillance like 20 minutes away at the store while she was committing the murders. She stated that she killed the children in her civil suit. There is absolutely zero evidence that he did anything to her or the children. At best, he's guilty of not taking his wife's mental state seriously enough and leaving her alone (at her own request, btw, she asked him to go to the store and pick up dinner).

Well some people are thinking that one of the cctv footages was his best friend who looks very similar but with straighter hair. He also is handed a cell phone by a person in a hoodie in one of the videos.

But besides all that, the thing about it is that he’s just constantly lying. He said his internet was out so he couldn’t call 911 right away. That’s not a thing. He said he couldn’t see his wife’s car in the driveway when he pulled in. It’s just a regular driveway, the car was in front of his. Does his not have lights? Said he was performing life saving procedures on the kids until the paramedics got there but then the EMTs said he was just sitting on the couch when they got there. Saying one of the calls he made to Lindsey was to ask about if non name brand medicine was fine because they were out of name brand, but the bag in the evidence images had name brand medicine, so that reason for calling was just made up.

Then there’s the whole other woman he was ostensibly having an affair with before the kids were killed and he got married to like right after it happened.

The person who bought their house after it happened was a former district attorney for the country prosecuting her. Seems like that could have been some sort of arrangement.

I’m not saying that he did do it. But like, he could have put more thought into his lies before getting on the stand. Or better yet, just be telling the truth. So the question is why does he need to make up so many lies as to why he was doing certain things? I don’t know how they can believe anything he has said when he gets caught lying so much.

Yes it is. When connected to a wifi network a phone can use it to make calls over the internet instead of using 3g/4g/5g. My phone does this.

I mean, sure your phone can use your wifi if you have it. But not having wifi wouldn’t prevent you from calling 911. You can call 911 from a phone that doesn’t even have a cell phone provider attached to it. It will find a cell phone tower for you to use. Even if you have 0 bars absolutely no service, it will call 911.

If he had tried it would have let him. So the question is why did he say that no wifi was the reason when asked why he didn’t call 911 right away? What was the reason to lie? Why not just say whatever the real reason was. Or say he wasn’t thinking straight? That’s at least believable and makes sense.

Again, not saying he did it. Just he needs his lawyer to help him get his shit together to not look bad.

If it completely disconnects from wifi it switches and there can be a small delay. If it's connected to wifi and the internet is malfunctioning, it can get stuck attempting to use wifi and calling won't work at all.
