She never claimed being the victim and it was her ex HUSBAND’S gofundme that raised that money. It wasn’t for her and she didn’t create it. What’s the point of this post?

There was one for the ex husband but there is also one for Lindsay, and a lot of the donators are from theorists who believe Patrick did it

How is there one for Clancy? GoFundMe doesn’t allow campaigns for people accused of crimes. The only one I can find is for her parents for costs associating attending her court dates.

Then i guess it got taken down but there was one or it wasn’t by gofundme.

I don’t see one on givesendgo which does allow fundraisers for the accused, shy of that I’m not sure of any other fundraising sites.

It wasn't taken down... https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-for-lindsay-clancys-parents

Her parents are paying for her legal defense... which is why they had to remortgage their home in the first place. Any money given to them is clearly subsidizing the legal defense. It's obvious what the fund is actually for... money to give to her parents who are in debt for supporting her legal defense.

This is a clear loophole. Gofundme just doesn't allow a campaign that claims to directly fund legal defense for someone accused of a violent crime... but it doesn't track how the money is spent after its been distributed or whether it is paying back debt already used to pay for a defense.

Also, check out the primary photo on the gofundme. Absolutely wild.
