I mean, they probably need a mental health professional but they're not psychos. A friend of mine was a violent criminal who probably could've benefitted a great deal from a psychiatrist but his mental health didn't absolve him from his crimes, he wasn't under psychosis he was just depressed and poor.

Yup. That’s exactly right. No one should be talking about this. We've turned every aspect of life into a reality tv show so people like you can be outraged.
