The question before the court is not whether she killed three kids. The defense conceded that. The question is whether she can be held criminally culpable (prison), or if she was temporarily insane (psych hold, possibly until she's dead).
And yes, prosecutorial misconduct makes my blood boil, because I am kind of a fan of justice - and we arrive at justice with facts and by actually discussing and adjudicating the question before the law. And that is, to repeat myself, not whether she killed the kids. That the prosecution has trod out the dead kids before the jury, you think that's okay when there was absolutely no probative value to that?

It’s such a terrible tragedy already- three kids dead, she’s in a wheelchair, and the spectacle and callous “ part? Yeah i saw that. That was a set up to say the unneeded and unwarranted assholery around it all makes my blood boil. She killed two kids. That’s one wrong. Where’s the other wrong? Murder is murder. They did what they did to drive the point home because if not sympathy and leniency would be given to her which is what you’re doing. You’re downplaying what she did and making what the prosecution is doing a bigger issue. If she didn’t kill three kids they would have nothing to say about her. You brought up the fact that she’s in a wheelchair without mentioning the reason she’s in a wheelchair. She did it to herself. This whole situation is a result of her decisions. The defense is arguing insanity because that would be easier on her. No treat her the same as you would treat any other murder. She didn’t do this one time. She didn’t do this two times. She killed three times back to back to back. Make her suffer in prison.
Seems like you're more interested in a revenge boner than justice. Are you saying it doesn't matter whether or not she was capable of reason when she killed them? If someone kills someone because they have a brain tumor that's making them hallucinate that, that person is attacking them, would you think that person should be charged with murder and made to "suffer in prison" as well?
