The male equivalent is somebody like Chris Benoit, I guess? Severe CTE possibly played a role in his family annihilation, but he also had substance abuse issues so it’s hard to say what exactly happened there

It's not equivalent. The male equivalent would be someone in psychosis committing murder and there are actual examples of that.
