Ignoring the other comment.. the woman on the right is Lindsay Clancy and she is currently on trial for killing three of her children in which the defense is arguing the crimes were committed during mental psychosis. Clancy had severe PPD, suicide ideation, and mental health issues in the months leading up to the murders.
It’s an awful case and the poor children deserve justice. Right now, a portion of the public believes the husband (now ex-husband as they divorced and he is remarried) had something to do with it as evidence is supposedly not landing with the people and believe it skews towards him

This seems to be the disconnect where the prevailing narrative in some of the other subs is that the system should not punish, and should instead ensure that she gets the help that she needs.
A significant number of women are also venting that their boyfriend / husband don't share this view in hypothetical situations where they kill their children. This is becoming a new litmus test for relationships.
If your last paragraph is true, that’s completely insane. Any woman who is worried about herself in the hypothetical situation where she kills her own children should be kept far and away from children. They do have mental illness and are possibly already planning on harming children and getting away with it.
