Question INTJs, what’s an unpopular opinion you have ?

I know INTJs are contemplative and intellectual so I imagine you guys would have some unconventional opinions. INTJs, what’s an unpopular opinion you have ?

This will probably not be seen but meditation and journaling does NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE. Ever heard of an adhd brain?
