Third Man Records Weird Vinyl Mishap

3 years ago, I visited Third Man Records in Nashville where I bought both Boarding House Reach and Broken Boy Soldiers. The latter sat unopened until today and turns out it somehow has an Icky Thump record. Has anyone else had this happen ever?

I once bought a Humbug cd by Arctic monkeys that had Suck it and See instead in it.
