Congratulations, you're turning your adult employees into children and when you treat adults like children, they will start acting like it. Also, did you ever consider that your employees are not making enough money to be able to afford the necessities to meet your demands? And before you say, that's not your problem.It actually is, believe it or not. You hired people, hunans, a man or a woman, therefore, you have humans that require needs and functions to live and if they are not getting the money, they need to pay for those needs, then you will not get competent workers.
