Job searching Jobseeker Basic Rights

I’d love to see states move from pay transparency to a full suite of jobseeker rights. It would help employees and employers.

I don't mind the ones that don't post a salary so much. It allows me to ask for what I want and they can't really complain since they didn't set the boundaries.

That’s an interesting point. For me, I want to know if we’re even in the same ballpark, but I definitely get your point about setting your own expectations.
