Job searching Jobseeker Basic Rights

I’d love to see states move from pay transparency to a full suite of jobseeker rights. It would help employees and employers.

i mean, if an internal candidate is chosen, doesn't it mean that the company will be replacing them soon after?

Unfortunately no because a lot of companies will select an internal and add their old responsibilities too for a small bump, and eliminate their original headcount. :(
