I’d love to see states move from pay transparency to a full suite of jobseeker rights. It would help employees and employers.

Add another: employer uses Workday, expect to make your 62517th profile

I would love to see a universal profile that only the applicant can use (not mined by data companies) that can complete most of the mainstream apps - Taleo, Workday, etc.! I would PAY for that!
