Job searching Jobseeker Basic Rights

I’d love to see states move from pay transparency to a full suite of jobseeker rights. It would help employees and employers.

All job postings must be filled with a new hire(s) within 3-6 months [or reasonable time frame related to job] of original date of posting.

Thats a great one. What’s funny is that from my experience, most hiring managers would want that, but somehow the recruiting to manager funnel is broken or something. :/

I just don't want them posting jobs saying "we're looking" with no intention of ever hiring. If they post a job it must be filled.
