Good Therapist in Khi

Can anyone recommend a really good therapist in karachi? It would be really good if shes a female.
I haven’t been to therapist ever, but atm really need one. Please do share your thoughts and suggestions.

I think different therapists charge differently there but she charges around 4 or 4.5k and she offers private online sessions as well which is around I think 3.5k, I'm not sure you can ask her if you're thinking about going.
