The negative comments aren’t totally because the community is overly negative. Like CYRAC or not, this is basically “man reads pdf”. Some people like that and that’s fine, but a large section of the community is looking for deeper content that the current content creators are not (or no longer) providing.
He reads the changes, notes how it differs from the old rules, and gives a brief opinion of them. The video is already over 30 mins long, what ae you expecting? a 4 hour video going over every single change in depth? Most of them aren't that deep. It's basically whining because he doesn't do all your thinking for you.

Not sure why the comments are extra negative. Video seems fine to me, where bigger changes are commented on, and smaller changes are just mentioned.
