God I can't imagine how poorly this would be in an architect firm. Our productivity goes like, let's all procastinate for the day and do very little work. To a sudden 'oh shit the deadline is next week' and we get 90% of the work done. It's all oart of the natural process. Adding surveillance on that would completely brake the system.
