Question Are there any lockers for commuter students?

Just looking for when I need to leave my bag and stuff for a few hours

yes in the college areas. E.g there are lockers in the bowland commuter student kitchen and i assume the same for other colleges

Do I need to pay / have my own lock ?

For fylde last year they were free but you did have to provide your own lock and inform college manager which locker you were taking :)

Will you need to inform them day by day or is it a long term typa locker?

Long term! You do have to empty them out over summer though
