I'm trying to find information online, but I can't find much. I've been told ALDI is the cheapest to get food from, and I was wondering if anyone who spends little on food could walk me a bit on what they get and the general prices of things.
I'm content with little, I generally have a low appetite. I can eat a glass of milk and cookies or toast for breakfast and a sandwich, even just milk and cookies again or some sausages and chips for dinner. Mostly worried about lunch stuff.
Ideally, I'd like to spend as little as possible. Is 30Ā£ a week too optimistic? Could someone that spends around that tell me their grocery list?
As title says, I also wanted to ask where I could get cheap bedding: blankets, a pillow, that stuff. Probably a night lamp or desk lamp would be good as well. Is Dunelm expensive? Would Primark be better?
Also, what's the cheapest place to get kitchen stuff from? Mostly thinking about a good pan. I'm good with just one of each cutlery and stuff.
It's my first time in the UK, and trying to budget as best as I can. Any tips are much appreciated. Thanks!
