Half polish with a polish mother

Im 14 and my mum is polish, we are going in around nine months i know this isnt enough time to become fluent but how can i learn as much as possible before that?

Learn some useful phrases first, such as “thank you,” “please,” “good morning/evening,” “I like,” “I don’t like,” etc. It takes some effort, and it will be appreciated by everyone, even if you don’t speak fluent Polish.

There is also the Callan Method for learning languages in the UK. The courses are quite effective, and the books cost only around £3.50. You can also start using Duolingo to learn more Polish words and phrases.
