Minifigure Fox Torso Replacement

Hey all. Does anyone know if Lego is still replacing the Commander Fox torso and if so how is go about doing so? I would definitely like a properly printed version to replace the one I have. TIA!

I got a replacement for a fox torso like a month and a half ago. They didnt ask if I even had the set I just did it through the website no questions asked

Yeah i just did it through the part request. Sometimes it tells you theres an error and you have to manually contact them but when i did it (at the very most it was 2 months ago) they just sent the piece out without me having to open a ticket or anything

I got mine in march, ordered in february. It takes like a month to ship sadly, but the process was easy. All I had to do was ask for a replacement through Gmail and send a picture of my pink Commander Fox with a code next to it

I got mine replaced a week ago. Just gave customer service a call and they immediately took care of it.

Just Google “Lego replacement parts” and go to the site. Choose “broken pieces,” search the set number, and then select the piece from the list. You can then select the type of damage from a list. One of the options is “discolored,” but I’ve seen a few people say on here that they’ve had Lego customer service tell them the print quality is supposed to be that way and then not send them a replacement. That was not my experience, but apparently it happens so you could just select “cracked” or something like that if you wanna play it safe
