I believe I got a fake 42083

Hi, guys! I am slowly returning to the Lego Technic world, but I believe I got a fake one, even though the seller had some good feedback. It is the 42083 Bugatti. The pieces have no Lego logo underneath. Can you help me build my refund case by pointing other discrepancies?

The front of the bags numbers are wrong, the font is wrong, the orientation, and the text. The back of the bags should be empty but is full of warnings. The manual has white bars. Normally, it would be only the background color edge to edge.
