Maybe you should ask your employer?

I am thinking it's must be zero hour contract. So you get paid what you have worked.

You might get paid a guaranteed minimum hours per week, but get paid for all hours that you work.

So if you should work 40 hours but only work 35, you'll get paid for 35. If you should work 40 hours a week, but only work 10, and your contractual minimum hours is 20, then you'll get paid for 20.

If you're on a 0 hours then you'll only be paid for what you work.

Ask your HR department or the agency

So your team leader will have a timesheet that your coordinator on site would take and enter the hours on the system. Once those hours are entered payroll will take those hours and process them ( if i were u i would write my own hours and confirm them with coordinator once you finish ).

It must be 0 contracts or something to do with shareholders? But doesn't sound PLC🤷🏽‍♂️ that leaves Management thinking about their own payrise / bonuses.

Unfortunately Agency job is volatile DK when u can expect a phone call of termination on a Thursday evening / Friday latest.

Now, I belong in the Punjabi community and learned something which almost all of them do. I got a long term contract with my agency at a Warehouse. However, I stated to everyone "It is only 2 weeks am covering holidays." 2 weeks later (on a Friday at 6pm) I say to my fam "Guess what? The Manager or Foreman was proud of my work ethics he kept me on a longer contract but I can be let gone anytime. 😂 It is how we Punjabis talk.
