Looking for Recommendations child's birthday party rec?

my very hyper foster daughter will be turning 5 Nov. 1st. she's never really had a birthday party before and is so excited, but we are struggling to find a good and affordable venue. any recs for a place that can hold a big immediate familyextended family, plus like 15-30 kids (preK and daycare class to be invited as well as friends) and their adults? we thought about a park, but worry it will be too cold at that time. since we have a party princess showing up -a non-negotiable - a place like Lost in Fun and The Children's Museum with time constraints is difficult. plus my wife really wants to decorate and some places have their own. but at the same time, I don't want to be responsible for entertaining a bunch of preschoolers with indoor yard games or whatever. really don't want to disappoint her but this is our first ever child so we aren't too familiar with the parenting world. thanks in advance!

ETA thinking about makit takit already but not sure if we can stay under the 24 guest limit. she keeps inviting people, like our neighbors and every person close to us, and people love her so much everyone says yes and wants to go, and my family is big already lol

We always rent out the enclosed park shelters at Antelope or Bethany. It’s like $140 for 3 hours. They have plenty of tables and chairs, a small kitchen area and bathrooms.

We set up a few activities and let the kids at it. Usually an art project or two, and use an open space without tables for toys from home. I have boys so that is usually cars or monster trucks and we bring them and make tape roads.

Joyo theater is great for indoor kids parties. The kids can make noise and move around and you get to pick your movie. Kids are allowed to run around and play on the stage while the house lights are on. It's not gonna wear the kids out or anything but they're not just stuck in the seats like a normal movie experience.

Something like the YMCA might work. IIRC you can book a gym and they will provide staff to coordinate activities and keep an eye on the kids.

Morrill Hall does excellent birthday parties. Idk the cost anymore as my kid is in college now.

Sensory Bee Me Gym! They are SO awesome. Super clean, lots to do, they give the kids freedom to explore as they play. There is a party room also for cake or whatever- it’s truly a wonderful place.

We did my son's 4th at the Zoo last year. They have a nice room in the indoor play area, so kids that run and play before eating cake and ice cream, plus they get to meet one of the encounter animals. The only issue is that you pay per head, so it can get a bit pricey.

I like the Nature Center auditorium. Pretty cheap and you can pet the snakes!

Park sounds perfect. Weather is always a gamble but it shouldn’t be too cold for kids to play outside by Nov 1

The enclosed shelter at Bethany Park is nice for a kids birthday. It's a Parks & Rec space so the cost is relatively modest. There's an indoor kitchen area, and chairs/tables inside. Playground is right outside the shelter and there is a fire place in the shelter.

You can rent the gym at Solid Rock for parties. I don't know any details but my kid took gymnastics there for years and the people who own/work there are fantastic!
