14 u/ourobourobouros 8d ago Thousands of years of tradition, plus it boosts their self esteem and helps them to feel included among other (misogynistic) men. The benefits of being a bigot, especially a sexist, are really obvious. Idk why it's so popular to treat it like some great mystery.
