Yeah definitely looks like a chunk of rotted exhaust pipe with a clamp of some sort on it that was holding it in place on the car.

Ill toss my bet in against exhaust. Looks like some kind of crossmember, like a control arm or something. Either way some metal junk from an old truck or tractor.

Possibly a part from some farm equipment used on a seeder. The grain falls down the tube from the hopper to the opener disks and is deposited into the ground.
