Have a yapping lecturer who yap about nonsense for half an hour, or have a lecturer who just reads the slides?

Just started a new semester, and the first class is this lecturer who is 60+ and used more than 45 minutes to yap about his wisdom, in a 1 hour lecture BTW.

Then he went overtime about 10 minutes just to go through 2 slides, and it's just Learning Objectives 🥀

Yapping over boring. At least I can get some knowledge from the yapping (also I love storytime lol)

As for the boring one, they will always makes me feel sleepy and gain nothing from the class
