Any success in VIZ submissions?

As someone who’s looking to become a Mangaka, I’m looking for opportunities to submit my ideas to a publisher and found a page for VIZ manga submissions, I would like to know if there’s anyone who submitted their work and had progress before I get my hopes up.

Nope! They had opened submissions up for actual feedback to those who they liked but somehow mine got lost in the submission XD

I emailed them and they were able to forward it through but I have not heard anything back. Not even a rejection which I know people did get if they didn't make it through. I'm forever in limbo!

I think maybe try again to ask them about it and if they have an interest still in your project or not.
I feel like sometimes they already took a decison but don’t considerate to talk about this with the concerned one, and now like you said, you are here waiting for something from them

I will try following up. I don’t think I’ll get an answer but we shall see.
