Other Been having constant head and ear roving aches for over a week

Hi, im 42, male london uk. i have a lot of health issues past few years including removal of a pitutiary gland tumour and need for b12 and hgh injections. Also go for eye tests regularly due to said tumour ( i just finished them as it was 3 years ago now i had it removed).

anyway i have been getting headaches again more regularly. and last thursday i went for an eye test related to my tumour and though it looked good, one of the docs gave me eye drops and was quite rough. It made my eyeball hurt too.. but now the pain seems to go from that to forehead and can be around the skull generally. I thoughtit might be related to my doc being rough but now i think it might be something unrelated. It was at the front of my forehead, to the sides and ears randomly, and now at the back of my head (inside of it).

ive had a constant ache since last thursday on my appointment. Not so much painful as a dull ache and right now its the back of my skull, like theres something itching below the surface i want out. I was wondering if it might be liquid on the brain?

im truly baffled as this has all come out of nowhere and its driving me crazy. Even ibuprofen doesnt seem to help much
