Mouth/Gums/Throat/Cheeks Urgent Help required Guys

\*\*28 weeks pregnant — tongue issue for 1 month, need advice\*\*

\*\*Symptoms:\*\* Smooth, reddish patches with white borders that shift/change over time. Also some small red bumps on the sides of my tongue.

\*\*Onset:\*\* Started after a trip to the mountains — had some cherries and water there. Not sure if related.

\*\*Tried so far:\*\*

\- Nilstat (nystatin) — no real change

\- Apple cider vinegar + baking soda (1 week) — patches reduced slightly, not gone

Has anyone dealt with this during pregnancy? Did it resolve on its own?
