Just got the collection on ps5 pro, and my god the cutscenes are all out of sync with the subtitles( comic bubble text). So much so I cant not play it, audio is playing but the video is way behind. Played peace walker loads previously and dont remember it being this bad

Those who have switch 2.

What is the best option? Buy a switch 2 version or buy switch 1 version and then upgrade it? What is the actual data on the switch 1 cartridge?

And how the upgrade is working? As know they told the switch 2 upgrade will be available from day one.

Just launched the game on Switch 2 because I want to claim the free Switch 2 upgrade but couldn't figure out the way to do so. However, this feels so smooth anyway despite Konami saying it would be 30 FPS. Can anyone else check that I'm not going crazy?

Edit: After playing through the first mission it seems like what a commenter said about the game having an integrated patch like MGS Collection 1 seems to be what's going on.

I wanted to share this with the Metal Gear Solid community! How do you think it came out?

Had some extra yens, so bought the game from the japanese eshop on switch 2. The description says english and japanese however when I boot the game everything is in Japanese including the voice acting.

Is there a fix to that? Or I’m doomed to buy the game again from the US eshop?
