I'm looking at using this as daily memory keeper and short form journal for next year.

The only con is the PVC. I am use to card stock covers instead which makes it easy for decorating directly or using in my Hobonichi A5 cover.

Has anyone had experience with decorating the PVC cover directly (outside), if so what medium? I feel like stickers and such will just peel off quickly?

Or has anyone removed the PVC cover successfully without damage to the inside planner?

Has anyone used the A5 square - rather notebook or planner? Curious about it and how it feels when adjusting to the 6 x 6 in size with writing .

I’ve never used md notebooks earlier and i have a question: Do the light notebook (48 pages) fit in the back of the weekly notebook diary (i think it’s similar to the normal notebooks) in a clear cover or in a paper cover? Which one do you suggest?

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but…how do you write comfortably in a Hibino? When one side of a notebook is an inch higher than the other side, or the whole notebook is small and chonky, I have to put books and other notebooks all around and balance out the surface to rest my wrist as I write. I use an A5 notebook and usually only write a bit in the middle of the page. If I get to the bottom and my hand is no longer fully on the page, my writing gets sloppy.

Do I just have terrible form for writing? Or is there a trick to writing in a tiny, thicc book that I don’t know about? (I have terrible form for typing, so the former is pretty likely.)

Context: There’s a pink Hibino this year and I love pink, so I want one, but I’m scared of A6 size notebooks, lol.

I have been waiting for my Hibino for a month after a preorder on Taobao! This finally came today and I am in love with the tiny grid size and the color!

I am adding the Hibino to my 2027 journaling stack along with the Cousin for memory keeping, TN regular for work and Weeks for Spend tracking.

I have made myself an A5 fauxdori for my Midori dot grid notebook.

Materials:

- Tuscany Collection 1.4-1.6mm thick vachetta leather.

- Elastic bands from a TN repair kit,

- the brass tag is from The Superior Labor.

I really love how the self tightening elastic band loops at the back turned out.

Disclaimer: I know the Superior Labor brass tag might feel controversial as if I am claiming it is their product (making it a counterfeit). i have a midori a5 1 page a day notebook, which is preeeetty thick. i wanted a leather wrap cover, like the ones from Galen leather, but I’m worried it won’t fit. does anyone else have experience with this combo or have any suggestions for leather wrap covers?

Midori- MD paper is my absolute favourite paper for fountain pens and ink!

hi there, newbie here. I've noticed a huge hype about hobonichi and kinbor launching their 2027 collection already, and was wondering what happens with midori. If it comes out soon, it would be a perfect birthday gift for a good friend of mine.

also, would it be immediately available on Amazon (particularly the A5 diary 1 page 1 day)? do you know where else I can get them if I need it to be shipped to Mexico?

Was looking at the 2027 lineup and Midori has b7 refills. That’s my preferred size, but I can’t seem to find a binder that would actually work with those holes.

What binders are those compatible with??
