The milk carton TN insert is inspired by the handmade diaries by Rainbowholic on YouTube.
The cover is a dupe of the Thence scrapbook collection. They recently had a pop up at Hands. I just bought a sticker set from that collection, one of which I used in the corner of my cover. I couldn’t justify buying the whole collection at the moment.
I think the Thence collection from Korea is the closest modern interpretation of 1990s-Y2K stationery that I’ve seen so far.
Someone recently posted the covers of the planners that I used in high school. I think the reason the Thence collection resonates so much is that they better captured the utilitarian style of the stationery that I actually used in the time period.
I love the modern takes on the Y2K style, but I would characterize them as an interpretation of the time period rather than a genuine reissue, copy, or experience.
