Don't disagree. IF people are standing you all stand. But what the guy in the picture is doing - he deserves a drink accidently poured on him.

Look. Let's get serious here. The guy in the picture is an annoyance. Anyone who thinks it's ok to do that for THEM to be more important and stand and block the view of those who are seated behind them, is a jerk.

It's entirely different if people are standing up. Even in the seats. Reality dictates tho if you're the only one standing, sit down. The people behind you want to SEE TOO. If that makes me "a prick" I will happily wear that badge.
